Your Account

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information in good faith and keep your information up to date if it changes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs while anyone is signed into your account, as well as for maintaining your account’s security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account and refuse any current or future use of the Service, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

Abusive Conduct

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your account may be suspended or terminated.

Please refrain from any abusive behaviour toward others or technical abuse of the Penny Puffball website.

Being a Fanclub Member

To become a Fanclub member, simply purchase a subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly until you cancel via your membership settings. If your payment method fails, your membership will be removed.

If you are gifted a membership, you will receive membership status at the gifted level for one (1) month. After this period, a valid payment method must be added to continue the membership; otherwise, it will end.

Cancelling or lowering your membership tier may result in loss of access to membership benefits and any purchased offerings.

Our policy is to not provide refunds, including in cases of lost access to offerings or membership benefits, though exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

When purchasing a subscription, you may add a voluntary, non-refundable tip. This tip does not count toward the cost of your purchase and is a one-time payment made at the time of subscription.

Fanclub members are not permitted to share or distribute any content outside of this site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts suspected of doing so.
